Prior to joining Logical Glue, Trish spent time building a disruptive HR technology business following five years as a Partner in a high growth asset management firm and 9 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Trish has worked in the UK, Australasia, Europe and the US, she is a chartered accountant, a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and has studied at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Jon is responsible for the company’s technology strategy and customer platform success.
Prior to Logical Glue Jon was at Kaazing, a software company providing a high-performance Web and Mobile communication platform within the Financial Services, Transport and Logistics and Media Entertainment Industries. He was responsible for both technical presales and delivery.
Jon has also spent over 13 years designing and implementing mission-critical systems as developer, architect and manager for both in situ and distributed teams.
Robert is our Chief Product Officer. Robert is responsible for the Logical Glue Product roadmap and leads customer and partner engagements to advise on using companies' data assets for actionable prediction.
Robert received a 1st in Mathematics from Cambridge University before spending six years working for Lehman Brothers, both in the Treasury department and on the Structured Finance desk where he was a director.
Robert also loves quizzes and has appeared on several TV shows including University Challenge (as Southampton captain) and Countdown (five-time winner).
Bianca is our VP of Marketing. Bianca holds over 10 years’ experience in helping organisations improve their marketing operations and creating marketing departments that contribute to measurable returns, she has specialised in SaaS, namely, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Prior to Logical Glue, Bianca was Head of Marketing & Inside Sales for Blue Yonder, an award winning Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning organisation.
She remains an advisor and critical friend to Logikk, a niche provider of Data Science, Advanced Analytics, and Business Intelligence resource.
Jon is responsible for the user experience, design and implementation of the Logical Glue platform's front-end.
Before coming to Logical Glue, he worked for companies including Moneysupermarket.com and Mando Group Ltd, where he designed and built websites and web applications across a variety of industries.
After a taking a year out to travel the world, he joined Logical Glue to help make the company's vision of human-friendly data science a reality.
James is our VP of Sales and he and his team are responsible for the on-going management and development of our existing customers and also expanding the customer portfolio at Logical Glue.
James started his career in software sales 17 years ago and has since worked for global players such as LexisNexis, Progress Software in a variety of sales, business development and sales leadership roles.
Most recently James was with Software AG where he was named number 1 Global Account Director for two years running. James was also part of the SAP team as a Global Sales Director, responsible for a significant global team.
In his spare time, James is a passionate footballer and father and proud owner of a Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy named Reeva.
Hani is a co-founder and the mind behind the Logical Glue platform. Hani is a world leading expert in Fuzzy Logic systems and computational intelligence methods, author of several books and over 250 papers.
He is a Professor and the Director of the Computational Intelligence Centre at the University of Essex and he is a Fellow of the IEEE and IET.
His extensive work in computational intelligence methods, at the cutting edge of many of the advances in predictive analytics over the past decade, has led directly to the IP used in the Logical Glue platform for feature selection, neural networks, fuzzy logic and powerful ensemble models.
Logical Glue was initially conceived as a result of successful collaboration between industry and academia to research and develop new computational intelligence combinations and techniques to achieve greater uplift and transparency in the accuracy and performance of incumbent predictive analytics systems.
The resulting system won the Lord Stafford Award for Achievement in Innovation and the foundation techniques are now the subject of a global patent, as well as being integrated within the Logical Glue platform. In 2013, Logical Glue were awarded a SMART grant to develop the Logical Glue platform for the creation and deployment of superior predictive analytics, making it easier than ever before to go from raw data to accurate models that can be used in real-time.
As Logical Glue evolved the platform, we were selected by thought leading blue chip organisations to participate in Innovation programs, both in the 2013 inaugural Dassault Systemes 3D Fintech Challenge and the 2014 Accenture led Fintech Innovation program, where the team worked intensively with 12 global banks over 3 months to validate and enhance the value proposition.
